"Always a pleasure to deal with no matter who I’ve spoken to from the office."

"Somewhere between 1986 and 1988 Joe called me into his office telling me he has something special with life insurance. He signed me up for a $74,000 policy for $25 a month. I am a person that researches everything before singing. Joe Assured me that the special thing about this policy was it will stay at that $25 price forever and not go up a dime. I thought this will be great for my wife or son when I pass on. Well it went up to $35, then $45, then $55, then $88 a month. Joe used to be a great friend but he sold me down the river. When I questioned him he said that most people have cashed out, and he even sold one to his son. When I asked him to put in writing what he told me I never heard from him again. He has totally abandoned me, and the friendship disappeared. Joe sold these to dozen's ad dozens of people from what he told me. Oh by the way. Last week I got a notice that my policy is going up from $88 a month to $149.19 a month. If I do not pay the increase by November 26, my policy may terminate or lapse. What a nice thing for an agent to do. I am 75 years old now, and State Farm looks at it like lets raise this sky high before this guy dies so he will walk away. I went to an agent yesterday and he tole me that if I pay $5,000 up front the policy will stay at $149.19 until I am 83. He said another option is to pay $28,000 up front and I won't have to make a payment until I am 88. Then at 88 it starts all over again. If it was $25 a month like it was promised It would be $2,400 total until I am 83 or $3,900 until I am 88. So tell me if State Farm did me right (and i am sure hundreds of other people). I don't believe joe was malicious about all if this, but should have been honorable and said he made that statement to me, and many others"
